What is the estimated delivery time?
Products are typically dispatched and delivered within 5-7 working days from the day of order confirmation.While we try to ensure that the product reaches you within the delivery time communicated, exigencies may delay the delivery. In such cases, please do not worry. Give us a shout at help@carot.comfor the latest update on your shipment.
Are there any shipping charges or any additional hidden charges?
We don't charge for shipping. Any additional charges like Octroi, entry taxes are paid for by the sellers.
What is the warranty period for the device?
Carot Plugin device comes with a manufacturer's warranty of 12 months from the date of purchase, provided that the device has been installed and used in accordance with the instructions, has not been damaged as a result of water, dampness, excessive dust, power surges or an accident and has not been modified or opened. The device is designed to be used in passenger cars and not in heavy commercial vehicles.
What if I have received a damaged product?
In the rare event that you receive a damaged product, please get in touch with us at
help@carot.com.Our team will assess the damage and revert within 1-2 working days with a solution. We will either replace the piece or take any other corrective measure to solve the problem.
Please ensure that the product is in unused, original condition and not tampered with. Include everything from the package you've received including price tags, labels, original packing.
What if I cannot take delivery of my order? Can I cancel the order?
We work to ensure that you get all what you see on our website. Unfortunately we do not offer order cancellations.
